Each project is developed under a SpA(stock company), created and used of solely for the project. As an investor, you buy shares of this company and you are, In part, the owner of the property.

  Choose a project

  Participate in a project from $100,000. At this stage you only pay 10% of your investment.

  The project is activated

  Upon completion of the financing, the project is activated. Here you have 20 days to pay the remaining 90% of your investment.

  It develos

  Follow the progress and status of the project from the platform

  Finish and sell

  Profits are distributed according to your contribution.
